The requirement:

1. People, Performance and Change:
You will have a passion for HR and organisational transformation, as well as managing and delivering change. We expect a minimum of 1 year’s experience of client delivery within a consulting firm or similar environment, and ideally a combination of HR advisory and operational experience (preferably as a generalist or business partner).
People and Change skills are required as roles will typically form part of larger transformation programmes, advising on short and long term impacts of change, assessing business readiness, advising and implementing on target operating models, performance management and metrics, and optimising
human resource or people management functions.
2. Operational Strategy & Transformation
Your key role will be to support projects and consulting workstreams across an organisation’s operations.  You will work with a team of consultants who will be responsible for the delivery of high quality solutions and high impact results. For this role you will be able to demonstrate that you have some of the following:
• Knowledge and experience of transformation, particularly in a supply chain, procurement or purchasing or financial services context;
• Practical experience of operations, performance and cost-based analysis
• Ability to design and build complex dynamic business models (i.e. work with high volumes of data and draw out key insights from analysis) is highly desirable
3. Programme Delivery:
You will be working with a team of experienced and high quality individuals who have typically come from a Big 4 background and you will be involved in the shaping, planning and delivery of large, complex and challenging Transformation and Transition Programmes.  Additionally, you will have an appreciation of the key techniques involved in the delivery of complex
project and programmes such as PRINCE2 or MSP and will have the personality and enthusiasm to work as part of a large multi disciplinary team.
