I am pleased to say that, following on from my post last week regarding the Audience Response System-related coffee break session that I presented last week, a video is now available online.

The video which was captured by my colleague Joe Buchanan, using Techsmith’s Camtasia 6, can be found at: http://go.bath.ac.uk/g8xc.

Colleagues will need to have Windows Media Player installed on their PCs be be able to watch it.

Update! Details on the recording process can be found over on the Desktop Conferencing blog at: http://go.bath.ac.uk/7upd

Video user guides

Since TurningPoint 2008 was made available on some university PCs, a number of staff and students have begun to use the software to create interactive lecture slides. In turn, there have been a small number of support requests directed to e-learning@bath.ac.uk.

As well as increasing the number of Audience Response System-related FAQs available within this website, we have also decided to create a small number of video user guides using Camtasia Studio 5.

The first video titled Adding a question into your slides can now be downloaded from the LMF. You will need Windows Media Player (or similar) installed to watch the video. Further videos will be made available in due course.

Update: Additional video guides can now be found in the Resources area.
