We were delighted to have had the support of so many of the main journals in genetics and evolution for this years Popgroup meeting at Bath.
This year Popgroup offered a great opportunity for graduate students and junior scientists to meet journal editors in a "how to get published in heredity" lecture followed by a Q&A session with several editors.
Here are some of the pictures:
Prof. William G. Hill was this year's recipient of the Fisher Memorial Award and delivered a very interesting plenary lecture at PopGroup47@Bath.

A great meeting with a great start. We are so grateful to the Chairman of the Council in Bath for hosting such a great reception at the Roman Baths. We could not have hoped for a grander venue.
We thank the Chairman of the Council and the University of Bath Pro-Vice Chancellor for Research for pronouncing the opening words for the meeting.
We are thrilled to be organising the 47 installment of the successful and much loved series of the population genetics group meetings here at Bath.
We have a great set of plenary speakers including this year's Fisher Lecture Prof. William Hill, a wonderful venue after securing the grand Assembly Rooms, and a very enthusiastic organising team of students and academics who are all mad about evolutionary biology.
The registration is now open and early rates have be extended by just one extra week to compensate for lost time with early issues with the payment system.
We hope to see you all here!
Many congratulatulations to Dr Tovar for his well deserved achievement.
