We're aware that a number of users have experienced problems with Outlook Email and Calendar over the past few days 1 - 3 August 2018.
We wanted to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this unplanned outage and to thank all those that reported the problem to us.
We worked with Microsoft Support to identify an issue that was introduced through one of the July updates. This has now been patched and the new update has been applied to our servers to restore normal service.
We are continuing to monitor things, but are pleased to say that things look much healthier.
