The process of requesting a mobile phone for business use, upgrading your existing plan or requesting a data package for overseas business travel has been updated. You will now need to complete a request form in TOPdesk which will streamline the process for all involved. This process is live as of Monday 19 November 2018.
You'll need to:
- Log-in to TOPdesk
- From the IT Purchasing section choose the correct form, either ‘Staff EE Business Mobile Phones’ or ‘Travelling abroad with your Mobile Phone’
- Complete the form, providing as much information as possible.
- This information will then be sent directly to the ITP team, who will be able to process the request
- As previously, this request must have authorisation from your manager before it can be completed
