The roll out of Office 365 for email, at the end of 2018, launched our ambitious Collaborate. Share. Achieve project. We want to bring you the chance to collaborate with your colleagues both inside and outside of the University, to share documents, plans, timetables and presentations to wow and persuade. We want to give you these tools so that you can achieve your full potential and showcase the amazing work you are doing, whether that’s ground-breaking research or inspirational teaching and study. We want to give you the capability to better support each other in your working lives. Take a look at some of the fantastic apps being rolled out during the first quarter of 2019: 

OneDrive  Store your files in one place, share them with others, and get to them from any device connected to the Internet. 
Delve  Get personal insights and relevant information based on who you work with and the content you work on. 
Class Notebook  Organise your lesson plans and course content in your own digital notebook. Create a workspace where you can give each student personalised feedback. 
Staff Notebook  Collaborate with faculty and staff to share notes, policies, procedures, deadlines, and calendars.

OFFICE ONLINE 
Word  Bring out your best writing. Going from a blank page to a beautiful document is easier than ever. 
Excel  Do more with the tool you already know. Discover and connect to data, model and analyse it, and visualise insights. 
PowerPoint  Take your presentation to the next level. Design like a professional. 
OneNote  Capture notes by typing, drawing, or writing. OneNote lets you organise and reuse your notes across all your devices.

Sway  Create and share engaging interactive reports, presentations, personal stories, and more. Sway does the design work for you. 

 

PROJECT AND TASK MANAGEMENT 
To-Do  Manage, prioritise, and complete the most important things you need to achieve every day. 
Planner  Create new plans, organise and assign tasks, share files, chat about what you're working on, and get progress updates. 
Tasks  Create and manage tasks in Outlook.
