Am I the only one out there who's getting more annoyed by the day with the hectoring moralising that increasingly now comes with emails? I had one today that said:
Please don't print things like emails unnecessarily
I was sorely tempted ... . But, as if I would? We'll, why would I do it "unnecessarily"? So why do I need to be told?
It seems to me that such moral instructions are simply put there to flaunt the sender's credentials in the politics of I'm much more sustainable than thou.
