Aichi-Nagoya 8 – Daily Mail update

Posted in: Comment, News and Updates

As promised, I've been following the UNESCO ESDFest on the Daily Mail – well, MailOnline.  Here, after a quite harrowing search, are the top headings for 'ESD' so far:

  • The obstacle to treating China's contaminated soil is finding someone to pay
  • Revealed: The fake cell towers dotted across US that that can gain access to your smartphone operating systems
  • Eliot Spitzer ordered security detail to stay away during road trips so he could 'sneak out' for trysts with hookers… as he admits he 'failed big time' in latest campaign ad
  • Why your bra could be a pain in the neck: Ill-fitting underwear joins list of hats and belts that hurt those who wear them

Whilst  even I am struggling a little to see the substantive ESD link in all of these, they are certainly more varied than what normally comes out of UNESCO.  If only ESD were so entertaining all the time!  Cheers to that.
