What our troubled world needs most right now is obviously more meaningless educational jargon to add to the already full bran tub. Happily, at our hour of greatest need, TEESNet pops up to deliver. The jargon in question is Learning for Equity and Sustainability, and, of course, there's an acronym to go with it: LfES. Happy daze!
TEESNet is setting out to "support teacher educators across the UK in their journey towards implementing and leading Learning for Equity and Sustainability (LfES) in practice".
It's not clear whether TEESNet has invented this or whether it's a creation of the University of Edinburgh which is providing "journey" "support", but it doesn't really matter as it's deplorable no matter who thought it up.
