Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, out on a limb and irrelevant to me!

A presentation by Professor Candy McCabe, Consultant Nurse, RNHRD and Professor of Nursing and Pain Sciences, UWE

Tuesday 3rd September 2013 4:00-5:00pm

Lecture Hall, Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Disease

For those of you who may be unfamiliar with Bath Pain Forum, this event is held 3-4 times a year and usually attracts a range of health professionals with an interest in chronic pain management. The event is free of charge, has a guest speaker and some allocated time to network after the talk.

The event aims to:

  • give an insight into the range of signs and symptoms experienced by those who suffer with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.
  • discuss the latest research in this field
  • explore how new treatments for CRPS may now have a bearing on those conditions.

It is always useful to know in advance who may be coming so that we can plan, so please do email myself or our administrator, Lisa Buckle, at Pain.Education@rnhrd.nhs.uk if you are interested in attending.
