After hearing the excellent news that we were successful with our bid, I’ll be spending most of August and September putting the pieces together for the project. In particular, I’ll need to work up the project gantt chart – well, come on it wouldn’t be a project without a gantt chart :-)

I need to ensure that a few of the interlinked projects start to progress, in particular the SMS project, the audience response system project and the lecture capture project.

In terms of key test departments then I’ve already had some very positive responses from the Department of Economics and International Development. So I’ll need to follow that up asap.
