We will be carrying out maintenance and upgrades during our at risk* period, Tuesday 16 June 2015, 7am to 9am. Services affected include:
- SYMPA unavailable - users will be unable to create, edit and delete SYMPA @lists.bath.ac.uk mailing lists, 7am - 9am. All emails using @lists.bath.ac.uk mailing lists will be queued and delivered once service restored. This work fixes issues where Outlook was not sending to centrally updated mailings lists (eg. @staff.bath.ac.uk, @courses.bath.ac.uk, @buildings.bath.ac.uk etc)
- UG Prospectus Editor will be unavailable for maintenance, 7am to 9am
- Matlab, Mathematica and Minitab applications will be unavailable for licence service upgrades, 7am to 9am
- GitHub service will be unavailable for a security update, 7am to 9am
