Maintenance and upgrades will be taking place, during our at risk* period Tuesday 25 August 2015, 7am-9am:
- iTrent (including ESS and MSS) will be unavailable for a planned upgrade, (7am-9am)
- The Managed Print Service will be unavailable due to database maintenance, (7am to 9am)
- IT Services at Manvers Street will be unavailable while maintenance takes place. The work is to extend the bandwidth to 10 Gbps and improve the resiliency and reliability of our network off campus, (7am to 9am)
- Many applications will be unavailable while we carry out maintenance on the central licence server. See an A-Z list of applications affected, (7am to 9am)
*Our 'at risk' period is between 7am and 9am on Tuesdays when we carry out scheduled maintenance, modifications and testing. This work is essential to maintain and develop the services that we provide. Thank you for your patience during the maintenance period.
