Maintenance and upgrades will be taking place, during our at risk* period Tuesday 8 September 2015, 7am-9am.
- IT Services at Carpenter House and John Wood will be unavailable while maintenance takes place. The work is to extend the bandwidth to 10 Gbps and improve the resiliency and reliability of our network off campus, (7am to 9am)
- Network licensing will be unavailable for 5 applications to enable license updates. The following applications are unavailable (7am - 9am):
- Design Builder
- Simio
- Tecplot
- Mathematica
- Maxwell Render
*Our 'at risk' period is between 7am and 9am on Tuesdays when we carry out scheduled maintenance, modifications and testing. This work is essential to maintain and develop the services that we provide. Thank you for your patience during the maintenance period.
