Maintenance and upgrades will be taking place during our at risk* period, Tuesday 23 August 2016.

  • Ansys and Mathematica network licences will be unavailable while we add new licences.
  • iTrent will be unavailable due to maintenance
  • Pidgin instant messenger¬† is being retired. Users have been informed.

*Our 'at risk' period is between 7am and 9am on Tuesdays when we carry out scheduled maintenance, modifications and testing. This work is essential to maintain and develop the services that we provide.

Maintenance and upgrades will be taking place during our at risk* period, Tuesday 24 May 2016, 7am - 9am.

  • Labview network licences will be unavailable for a licence update (7am-9am)
  • Mathematica network licences will be unavailable for a licence service update (7am-9am)

📥  IT maintenance, Tuesday mornings

Maintenance and upgrades will be taking place during our at risk* period, Tuesday 22 March 2016.

  • Mathematica network licences will be unavailable while we update the licences (7am to 9am)
  • TopDesk (both Self Service and Operator portals) will be unavailable due to maintenance for 15 minutes (8am)
