Jan 18th: Moodle service performance
Posted by Nitin Parmar in Service January 18th, 2010Over the last week or so, the e-Learning team have become aware of the sluggish nature of Moodle. Following some initial investigations, this is due to the large number of users who are logging into, and using, Moodle concurrently during peak periods – Monday – Friday, 9am – 7pm.
We are regularly liaising with our colleagues in the BUCS Network Team, and are together, eagerly exploring options related to how service performance might be improved. This blog will be updated thereafter.
