Although the Moodle/SAMIS integration was reinstated a few weeks back, we are only now happy to announce that the nightly synchronisation is completing fully and as intended.

We suspect that the cause of the failure was related to the sheer amount of data that Moodle was having to process, however further investigations are planned in order to confirm this.  Once a firm diagnosis can be made, we will of course take steps in order to avoid further problems.
