Supply Planner (Permanent Role) –
An exciting opportunity for a strong graduate with some relevant work experience gained while studying. Your objective will be planning short and mid term supply to support ambitious sales targets, whilst meeting the service level and stock holding KPI’s which are at the heart of each of our divisions. You will be at the centre of inventory and availability planning and will have an important influence on ensuring we exceed our customer’s expectations.
You will be responsible for the management of the inventory planning processes to support business requirements in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland. You will work with Sales and Marketing colleagues to ensure customer service levels and availability targets are met for a portfolio of products and work actively with our global factories to optimize performance.
• Working directly with your commercial/marketing colleagues to create and maintain the best possible short-term supply of stock in a collaborative manner, using the appropriate best practice methodologies.
• Working directly with our global factories and distribution to prevent availability issues
• Support the demand planners, ensuring forecast changes can be supported and reflected in immediate inventory availability
• Analyse, highlight and report on availability challenges to the senior management team on a weekly basis
• Ensure that key supply chain performance measures such as service levels, forecast accuracy and stock holding are optimised
• Ensuring efficient product life cycle management, including the management of obsolete and slow moving inventory
Competitive salaries are offered based on individual experience and reviewed on an annual basis. There is also a profit share scheme which is paid annually as a bonus linked to turnover and profit, subject to the scheme rules. We offer 25 days annual leave on joining and this increases with service, in addition to eight days paid bank holidays.

Supply Analysts (Fixed Term Contracts)

The roles will involve work in the areas of Supply Planning and project based activities in a customer facing role. The opportunities are for 6 or 12 months in the first instance and, for individual who demonstrate an affinity for this type of work, have the potential to lead to a permanent role in the UK Supply Chain team.
