About our company

We’re a small and fast growing new business agency. We help our diverse and interesting range of clients position themselves for growth and then directly contact potential new business on their behalf.

We feel extremely priviledged to be assisting our clients with such an important task and there’s huge growth in the market place for our line of work. As the recession clings on, companies are moving away from traditional marketing activities and toward a direct approach. It’s about bringing the human relationship back into business.

We differentiate our clients businesses by making intelligent, informed and relevant business approaches. Whether our clients want us to inform their market place of developments in their business, invite them to an event or simply begin to develop a dialogue – we provide an extremely valuable service allowing our clients to directly contact their target audience.

We run training sessions for new business development professionals on subjects such as ‘Using LinkedIN to research your target market and win new business’ and ‘Best practice use of email to grow your new business pipeline’ etc. All staff are involved with these events

We also run events for our clients helping them position themselves as leaders in their field. For example, recently we ran an event with Facebook for a PR agency client of ours.

Prospecting Partners was set up by Helen Kensett in late summer of 2010 working with two clients – a PR and a marketing agency. We have now grown to work with a whole range of companies from PR to financial services and digital. Originally we were set up to help SME’s grow but we now work with a whole host of large established corporates on targeted campaigns.

We’re an extremely high end and premium consultancy. We work with our clients to identify their target market and then spend a great deal of time researching the target company and direct employee. It’s of paramount importance that we are introducing our clients to relevant and suitable prospects. There is no point in today’s crowded market place attempting to sell ice to an eskimo.

It’s this that sets us apart. It’s this in-depth and highly researched methodology that results in the unrivalled insight we give our clients on a weekly basis and, in turn, assists their growth.

Required Skills

We are looking for an entrepeneurial thinker. A driven and dynamic graduate who is keen to work at the heart of some of the UK’s fastest growing SME’s and large corporates in some of the newest and most innovative sectors (mobile, social media etc)

After intense and thorough training you will be responsible for your own client base so you will be given a great deal of responsibilty early on (of course with a great deal of support)

You will need to enjoy being at the front end of business. Dealing directly with potential new clients in major uk and global companies.

This particular role could fast track to new business manager quickly so we are looking for a hungry and ambitious candidate.

It’s a fast paced and extremely rewarding role which makes a huge deal of difference to our client’s businesses

A salesy attitude is not the most important element of the ideal candidate’s character. In a world where our clients are bombarded with ‘noise’ from a multitude of channels, our approach cuts directly through this and gets prospects to take notice.

It’s the intelligent, analytical and considered approach that makes the major impact and this is not at all about a hard sell.
