As in previous years, half of the West car park will be closed from 8.00pm on Friday 10 February until 6.00pm on Sunday 12 February (Please see the area highlighted by a red box on the attached photo).
The car park at the Medical Centre will be closed on Monday 23 January.
This is required to facilitate tarmacking in the crazy paving area at the front of the building.
Please do not park in this area.
Lower Bristol Road has reopened following the earlier car crash.
First buses aim to have a full service by this afternoon.

Works to create the new south facing riverside park as part of the Bath Quays Waterside Project are now over halfway complete.
In order to create the lower promenade, and widen the existing towpath between Green Park and Churchill Bridge, the towpath will need to be closed from Monday 9 January for the remainder of the north bank works. Boat moorings will still be accessible, with pedestrians and cyclists signposted to divert via Ambury, Corn Street, Green Park Road and Green Park cycle path – see diversion plan below.
The widened river bank is designed to accommodate the flow of flood waters, and so once open to the public, access to the bank will be restricted during flood events.
Construction updates will continue to be posted regularly on the project webpage.
Due to the commencement of building works for the Milner Building the rear of B, South, car park will be cordoned off on Wednesday 11 January.
The area affected is shown below and will be out of bounds for the construction project which is due to run until April 2018.
Please remove all vehicles from this area before Wednesday night.
To allow for electrification and Crossrail works Paddington Station will be closed over Christmas.
There will be a six-day closure, starting on Christmas Eve, Saturday December 24 through to Thursday 29 December.
Trains are likely to be very busy on Friday 23 December, and it is recommended that customers book ahead and travel early if they can.
Trains will start and finish at Ealing Broadway throughout the closure with customers completing their journey by London Underground. There are no lifts at the station and it is recommended that customers who find using Ealing Broadway difficult, to change trains at Reading and travel to and from London Waterloo. South West Trains have agreed to accept GWR tickets to support this.
Full details are available here including details on travelling with bikes, sleeper services and Pullman dining service.
As from 10.00pm on Tuesday 6 December vehicles travelling along the underdeck from East to West will have a slight diversion in order to exit the underdeck.
The area which will be cordoned off for repair works will impact on the motorcycle parking next to the electric charger sockets (left photo below), which will be suspended for the duration of the works. Due to the diversion route the motorcycle parking area (right photo below) will also be suspended.
There is temporary parking for motorcycles opposite the west doors to 4ES.
Due to duct work leading from 2S to the Medical Centre, part of the 2S car park will be temporarily closed from 9.00pm on Wed 30 November (see below plan). This will restrict car and motorcycle parking.
The rear external entrance to the Medical Centre, indicated in the below picture, will be closed this week (Mon 28 Nov to Fri 02 Dec).
This is to facilitate important works to link the Medical Centre to the campus data network system.
Pedestrian access will still be possible from the North Road for the duration of the works.
The East overflow car park (highlighted in pink box below) is available for all permit holders to use, access can be gained by travelling through the East car park and the East extension car park.
The overflow car park now has a gravel floor as well as lighting which automatically comes on in the evening. There are also pay and display machines available in the car park for staff who have an occasional user permit rather than the standard permit.
