A team of 12, we manage the University of Bath website and its associated applications. We are responsible for developing user-focused services, managing the delivery of content and producing an effective online visual identity.
Part of the wider Corporate Communications Services, we are collectively the central marketing/communications hub who work to ensure timely, accurate and clear information is delivered via the media, print and the web to support the Bath brand. We develop applications to allow information to be distributed online and manage services such as wikis, blogs, storage and sharing (LMF) to name but a few. If it’s an online service we’re probably involved.
Our skill-sets are varied and our expertise is diverse but includes web, software and content development; marketing; usability; information architecture and design.

Our priorities will be in line with the University’s objectives and we will deliver solutions that improve recruitment, grow our reputation, expose and manage our research and enhance the user experience.
