{"id":12,"date":"2016-08-17T21:57:04","date_gmt":"2016-08-17T20:57:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.bath.ac.uk\/athenaswan\/?p=12"},"modified":"2016-08-17T21:57:04","modified_gmt":"2016-08-17T20:57:04","slug":"time-line-for-university-swan-submission","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.bath.ac.uk\/athenaswan\/2016\/08\/17\/time-line-for-university-swan-submission\/","title":{"rendered":"Time Line for University SWAN submission"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We now have just over 7-months before we submit the University SWAN application to maintain our Bronze Award. \u00a0We\u00a0have achieved a lot in the last few years. \u00a0The University now has a mentoring scheme for academics at any stage in the career progression - we currently have 69 active pairings across all the three Faculties and School. The Aurora programme\u00a0has been a great success with 31 participants between 2013-2016, and the programme now has 60 participants, mentors and role models.<\/p>\n<p>Our aim is to continue with this success.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve this, I hope\u00a0we will get input from many of you regarding where we are, what we are doing well and where we could place more effort. \u00a0To date we have some core themes we have identified based on what the data is showing to date. \u00a0Our timeline and most importantly ensuring we have the views of members of the University is<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>July 2016 -\u00a0Using data, information and knowledge identify the top 5-7 themes for our submission.
