Events

Six Ways to Be Well

Six Ways to Be Well breaks down wellbeing into 6 themes. Wellbeing is about making small positive changes in each of these areas. Balance is the key and Be Well will help you identify the small areas you can focus on to improve your overall wellbeing. The Six Ways to Be Well are:

  • Be Active
  • Take Notice
  • Be Healthy
  • Connect
  • Give
  • Keep Learning

You can use the filters on the timetable to view events for each of the themes.

Wellbeing stands

There will be Wellbeing stands on the Parade during the week too. These include stands from various charities, our Pharmacy students and services outside the library.  Come along to find out more and grab some freebies.
