Can you believe that Christmas is only next month? Luckily you\u2019re studying and living in a city that has one of the best Christmas markets in the country!<\/p>\n

The Bath Christmas Market<\/a> runs from 22 November to 9 December this year, with over 150 chalets dotted around the city centre.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s one of the city\u2019s biggest events that\u2019s not to be missed, so why not invite your friends and family along too?<\/p>\n

Reasonably priced accommodation can be hard to find in Bath when the Market is on.<\/p>\n

However, if you\u2019re a current University of Bath student, you can book a room<\/a> for your visitors from just \u00a340 a night.<\/p>\n

Once you\u2019ve sorted somewhere for everyone to stay, it\u2019s time to get into the festive spirit! Here\u2019s some of our favourite ways to enjoy the market\u2026<\/p>\n

    The Market is a great place for Christmas shopping, with many products from local suppliers. Whether you\u2019re after wine, cheese, candles, decorations or jewellery, you\u2019ll find it here.<\/p>\n

      Make sure you get your Discovery Card. This entitles you to all sorts of freebies and discounts, including money off the market stalls<\/a>.<\/p>\n

        It can be tempting to leave your visit until the weekend, but that\u2019s when the Market is busiest. Heading over between Monday to Thursday is your best bet for a more relaxed shopping experience.<\/p>\n

          If you love warming winter fare, you\u2019ll be spoilt for choice. Tuck into a hog roast, gourmet doughnuts, crepes, mulled wine and more. It\u2019s almost impossible to walk past the delicious smelling chou chou nuts stall without buying any!<\/p>\n
