It was clunky and difficult to search.<\/p>\n<p>So, over the past few months we have been transitioning this over to the MyFuture resources tab. This should make it easier for you to find relevant resources and help us to keep resources up to date.<\/p>\n<h2>How to find resources<\/h2>\n<p>You can find resources by logging onto <a href=\"https:\/\/myfuture.bath.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyFuture<\/a> and clicking the Resources tab. There are several ways you can navigate the resources.<\/p>\n<p>You can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Browse the list. Use the drop down to order by relevance, date added or alphabetically<\/li>\n<li>Search using keywords or topics in the search bar<\/li>\n<li>Filter to specific topics using the topic list on the right hand side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What is on there<\/h2>\n<p>The resources tab has all the resources we produce in the Careers Service. For example,\u00a0 the Application, CV and cover letter guide. We also list the practice interview and psychometric testing software we subscribe to.<\/p>\n<p>As well as Careers Service resources, we list resources from third parties that we think are useful.<\/p>\n<h2>Topics<\/h2>\n<p>We tag every resource with a variety of topics to make it easier for you to find what you need. For example, if you need help with your career options try <em>choose a career<\/em>. If you want to practice tests try <em>aptitude tests<\/em>. Under this tag we list both the tests we subscribe to but also other free tests we have found.<\/p>\n<p>We also tag by type of resources so give the below a try:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Careers Service resource \u2013 to list all the resources we produce ourselves in the Careers Service<\/li>\n<li>Video \u2013 to see all the video resources we have available<\/li>\n<li>Webinar \u2013 we record our webinars and have them available for you to view on the site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Bookmarks<\/h2>\n<p>As with opportunities, events and news - you can bookmark resources. This will save the resource to your bookmarks under your dashboard.<\/p>\n<h2>Give us feedback<\/h2>\n<p>On every resource, you will find the option to give us feedback. So if you find a broken link, or the resource was not what you expected \u2013 let us know! And if you haven\u2019t been able to find what you need, you can always use the ask a question page to get further help and support.<\/p>\n<p>We hope you find the new careers catalogue useful.
