This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thehrdirector.com\/features\/graduates-and-recruitment\/imposter-female-graduates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">article<\/a> from the HR Director Magazine suggests that Imposter Syndrome can be an issue for women graduates in particular, and can impact on their confidence levels and salary expectations. There is a wealth of resources available on how to deal with Imposter Syndrome so it doesn't hold you back from taking the next steps in your career; we've put together a list of our favourites:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/impostersyndrome.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Imposter Syndrome blog<\/a> - a blog by Hugh Kearns with a wide range of articles relating to Imposter Syndrome, including managing the <a href=\"https:\/\/impostersyndrome.com.au\/index.php\/category\/expectations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">expectations<\/a> the expectations we set for our ourselves and others set for us, the dangers of <a href=\"https:\/\/impostersyndrome.com.au\/index.php\/category\/comparisons\/\">comparing ourselves to others<\/a>, managing imposter syndrome <a href=\"https:\/\/impostersyndrome.com.au\/index.php\/category\/beginnings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">at the start of a new job or project<\/a>, and imposter syndrome at <a href=\"https:\/\/impostersyndrome.com.au\/index.php\/2017\/10\/27\/academic-conferences-and-the-imposter-syndrome\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">academic conferences<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindtools.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mind Tools-<\/a> useful professional development website.
