You may be worrying about whether you disclose your disability and how employers may view this in the selection process. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5\">Please let me assure you - there are lots of good, inclusive employers out there who will take on board individual circumstances, and will view your disability positively. My role in the careers service is to support\u00a0you and I can help you in a number of ways such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>discussing when to disclose<\/li>\n<li>clarifying reasonable adjustments and helping you to explain\u00a0these to potential employers<\/li>\n<li>helping you to identify inclusive employers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To book an appointment \u00a0please\u00a0contact the Careers Service or email me, Saiyada Fazal, directly at\u00a0s.fazal@bath.ac.uk.
