This year we're once again looking for exceptional individuals who deliver an <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bath.ac.uk\/learningandteaching\/progressing-your-career\/teaching-awards\/innovation-in-learning-teaching\/index.html\">innovative curriculum or adopt new approaches to teaching<\/a>;\u00a0 who demonstrate\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bath.ac.uk\/learningandteaching\/progressing-your-career\/teaching-awards\/john-willis-award\/index.html\">good teaching and have exceptional student feedback<\/a>; who demonstrate\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bath.ac.uk\/learningandteaching\/progressing-your-career\/teaching-awards\/mary-tasker-award\/index.html\">transformational leadership and have improved teaching practice<\/a>;\u00a0 and who\u00a0have a great track record for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bath.ac.uk\/learningandteaching\/progressing-your-career\/teaching-awards\/john-willis-award\/index.html\">research and research-informed teaching, and pastoral care<\/a>. We'd also like to hear about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bath.ac.uk\/learningandteaching\/progressing-your-career\/teaching-awards\/best-team-supporting-student-learning-award\/index.html\">a team that delivers exceptional support to learning and teaching<\/a> - one that contributes to the student experience and receives excellent student feedback.<\/p>\n<p>This year, the nominations process for the awards has been made even easier. <strong>Simply go to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bath.ac.uk\/learningandteaching\/progressing-your-career\/teaching-awards\/index.html\">University Teaching Awards <\/a>website, decide which award you'd like to nominate someone for,\u00a0 fill in a short nomination form, and send it to <a href=\"mailto:s.b.watts@bath.ac.uk\">s.b.watts@bath.ac.uk<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0We're delighted that we've been able to extend the nomination deadline to\u00a0<strong>Thursday, 15th February<\/strong>. \u00a0Nominations can be made by both staff and students.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0 Teaching Awards 2018 are your chance to recognise excellence and thank the academic and support staff who have had the biggest impact on the University's learning and teaching.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nomination deadline extended to 15th February!
