Bath Scheme\u2019s Director, Dr Rachael Carkett, manages the scheme and, with the support of the Departmental or Division Bath Scheme Champions, applicants are supported through the process.<\/p>\n<p>Yvonne Moore said, \u201cAs a teacher (in a previous life!) I was trained to reflect on everything (what worked, what didn\u2019t, how could it be improved next time) but this habit has been somewhat side-lined since moving into my role in Professional Services. However, by participating in the Bath Scheme I was given the opportunity to reflect on what I do, what impact (if any) I have and how I might approach work differently.\u00a0 I found it a really helpful exercise, in particular the peer review element which was a chance to hear what my colleague thought of my approach to a project.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tim Ratcliffe said, \u201cIn the process of applying for the SFHEA award, I was able to stand back from my work and analyse the positive impact it has on my colleagues and ultimately the students.
