Meanwhile Bath\u2019s Vice President (Community and Inclusion), Professor Rajani Naidoo, is one of the academics that has shared their goals and ambitions for 2023<\/a> in a blog for QS.<\/p>\n The OfS has fined the University of Buckingham<\/a> \u00a337231 (0.1% of its qualifying income) for filing its 2019 accounts late. The accounts, which were published in June 2021, revealed that auditors had said there was \u201cmaterial uncertainty<\/a>\u201d over the institution\u2019s ability to keep operating, and a deficit of \u00a317.5 million for the year.<\/p>\n After a period of consultation, January also sees the launch of the new National Student Survey<\/a> which, among other changes, will not include the overall satisfaction questionnaire for institutions n England. OfS has an article from its Head of Student Engagement and Information, explaining the changes.<\/p>\n Former education secretary Justine Greening has, in a letter to the current education secretary<\/a>, warned that government plans to limit the right to recruit overseas students to \u201celite\u201d universities<\/a> would undermine the levelling-up agenda.
