We will be running a webinar in March to introduce the programme and hear from our academics, please contact hss-events@bath.ac.uk for more information.
- We are also delighted to share with you our latest video outlining our new course - 'MSc Strategic Retailing'. We've partnered with industry experts to ensure the course provides the skills employers are looking for. Open to graduates with an undergraduate degree in any discipline. Register your interest to receive updates or apply online.
- Unfortunately the newly launched 'MSc Zero Carbon Futures' will not be running for 2023. Offer holders have been notified by our admissions team and our webpages have been updated accordingly, if you have any further questions please do contact our PGT admissions team here.
- To help applicants better understand the difference between our Pharmacy and Pharmacology courses, we’ve created a webpage to help them navigate the elements that separate these subjects, so they’re able to make a more informed choice about which is right for them. You can view the page here.
Undergraduate Admissions Update^
The majority of our courses are still open for application on UCAS so please encourage any interested student to submit their application as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee our courses will remain open until the end of June so please check availability of courses either on the UCAS website or our own online prospectus and apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. We are processing decisions as quickly as we can but please be aware, some of our courses are highly competitive and therefore, in order to provide equal consideration, decisions may take some time. Our aim is to advise all ‘on-time’ applicants of our decision by the end of April.
Here are a few gentle reminders for your students:
- Encourage regular visits to your emails for any correspondence.
- Please check your Bath Application Tracker regularly, make sure you keep your username and password safe but accessible.
- Book English tests in good time.
- Upload any qualifications/test certificates as soon as available via the Bath portal.
- Let us know via email if there are any issues or you have any questions.
Pre-sessional update^
Preparations are well underway for this summer’s in-person 10- and 5-week Pre-sessional courses (application deadlines are 5 June and 6 July 2023 respectively). Which course students apply for depends on the English language requirement for their degree programme and their current level of English. They will be eligible for either a 'combined offer' (the Pre-sessional course is combined with their degree programme), or a 'standalone offer' (the Pre-sessional course is separate from their degree programme). Please refer to our Pre-sessional webpages for full information.
Prospective students can read the personal experiences of last summer’s Pre-sessional students in a series of case studies on our webpages.
Accommodation information for the summer 2023 Pre-sessional courses is also now available.
