Well, the Advancement Office can help.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The Advancement Office<\/a> cultivates\u00a0lifelong\u00a0relationships with\u00a0the University of Bath\u2019s\u00a0alumni,\u00a0friends\u00a0and supporters. We store and process\u00a0information to\u00a0provide\u00a0benefits and services to alumni (including honorary\u00a0graduates and\u00a0former staff),\u00a0and\u00a0fundraise to\u00a0further\u00a0the\u00a0mission of the\u00a0University,\u00a0supporting\u00a0students, teaching,\u00a0research\u00a0and capital projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

We can help\u00a0individual\u00a0departments,\u00a0and the\u00a0wider\u00a0University\u00a0utilise\u00a0and,\u00a0most importantly,\u00a0store\u00a0alumni\u00a0data.\u00a0Ensuring that\u00a0data about\u00a0our\u00a0alumni is stored in one place<\/span>\u00a0and<\/span> creates one source of truth,\u00a0allowing us to\u00a0understand more about them and respect their communication preferences. Through the Advancement Office, alumni volunteers and donors have proper stewardship\u00a0officially recognising\u00a0them and\u00a0allowing\u00a0the\u00a0opportunity\u00a0to cultivate philanthropic relationships.<\/span><\/p>\n

Moreover, the Advancement Office provides departments with data insights in the form of department dashboards. These dashboards provide demographic and education information of alumni, such as graduation year, degree level, subject, job title, contact preferences and a map to show location number by city, which is filterable by subject and year group. For those working with alumni within their department, you can access these PowerBI dashboards by emailing the Advancement Office at <\/span>advancement@bath.ac.uk<\/span><\/a> or preferably fill in the <\/span>Alumni Data and Contact Request Form.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n
