Improving TOPdesk

Taking note of customers’ feedback about our TOPdesk Self-Service portal we are reorganising it into a more straightforward, department-based structure. No forms have been taken away, they have just been moved into more logical places. This should make finding the best place to request support easier than ever.


We hope you like the new layout and agree that it is;

  • This actually looks more cluttered to me, rather than clearer! Maybe increase the white space between the tiles?
