Keeping track of responses to meetings in Outlook

If you have organised a meeting with a large number of attendees, you may find it unwieldy to keep track of these responses.

Did you know that you could export the responses to a spreadsheet for easy tracking and manipulation of data? You can do this in 4 easy steps:

  1. Open the meeting in Outlook
  2. Select Tracking > Copy Status to Clipboard
    Copy Status to Clipboard option in Outlook
  3. Open Excel
  4. Paste the data into a new spreadsheet

You can then sort and filter the data as needed.
