If you have organised a meeting with a large number of attendees, you may find it unwieldy to keep track of these responses.
Did you know that you could export the responses to a spreadsheet for easy tracking and manipulation of data? You can do this in 4 easy steps:
- Open the meeting in Outlook
- Select Tracking > Copy Status to Clipboard
- Open Excel
- Paste the data into a new spreadsheet
You can then sort and filter the data as needed.
