New location for spam messages

Posted in: Digital Data & Technology Group

To simplify access to and examination of spam mail, we are moving spam location to

What this means:

From Tuesday 3 December spam messages are no longer being filtered into your junk e-mail folder on your PC. Outlook will continue to automatically detect that they are spam e-mails and they will remain on the Outlook server. Every week you will receive a summary e-mail saying that you have spam messages. You can then go and check them on the server at any time to make sure you haven't missed anything important. You will need to log-in using your University username and password. E-mails will be stored on the server for 30 days.
