{"id":382,"date":"2010-12-19T13:41:31","date_gmt":"2010-12-19T12:41:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.bath.ac.uk\/edswahs\/?p=382"},"modified":"2010-12-19T13:41:31","modified_gmt":"2010-12-19T12:41:31","slug":"watching-the-swirling-snow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.bath.ac.uk\/edswahs\/2010\/12\/19\/watching-the-swirling-snow\/","title":{"rendered":"Watching the Swirling Snow ..."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>... from the 12th floor of Centre Point on Friday afternoon was only one of the pleasures afforded those of us lucky enough to be at the latest meeting of HEFCE's sustainable development steering group. \u00a0This was a workshop rather than a normal committee meeting \u2013 and much the better for it. \u00a0I can only hope that it was as useful to the Council as it was stimulating. \u00a0I obviously speak personally , but feel it is a sentiment shared by others who were there. \u00a0This is a forum that brings together HEFCE officers, vice chancellors, estates directors, the NUS, members of university Councils, academics, the business sector, government, and NGOs.
