The Wildlife Trust for Birmingham and the Black Country has a clear strategy and work plan over the next five years. Key aims are to ensure:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Space for nature is protected, restored, created and valued.<\/li>\n<li>Everyone is connected to nature.<\/li>\n<li>The natural environment is at the heart of planning, policy- and decision-making<\/li>\n<li>We are an effective organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The\u00a0Chair of Trustees will be a\u00a0natural leader and mentor, have significant experience chairing a diverse board to bring everyone together to achieve the Trust\u2019s vision and goals; will be a strategic thinker, passionate about wildlife with strong inter-personal and relationship building abilities.
