{"id":7258,"date":"2018-06-11T06:27:38","date_gmt":"2018-06-11T06:27:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.bath.ac.uk\/edswahs\/?p=7258"},"modified":"2018-06-11T06:27:38","modified_gmt":"2018-06-11T06:27:38","slug":"friends-of-the-earth-the-nus-and-dog-kicking","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.bath.ac.uk\/edswahs\/2018\/06\/11\/friends-of-the-earth-the-nus-and-dog-kicking\/","title":{"rendered":"Friends of the Earth, the NUS and dog kicking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I see that NUS is\u00a0working with Friends of the Earth [FoE] on a behaviour change project to \"incentivise vegetarian meal choices by students\". \u00a0This will provide a <em>veggie loyalty card<\/em>\u00a0which offers students a free meal once they\u2019ve purchased 6 plant-based meals.<\/p>\n<p>The assumption is that this will:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"encourage students to opt for plant-based meals over those containing meat as they work towards their free meal when they eat in the canteen.
