{"id":7460,"date":"2019-05-13T07:49:36","date_gmt":"2019-05-13T07:49:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.bath.ac.uk\/edswahs\/?p=7460"},"modified":"2019-05-13T07:49:36","modified_gmt":"2019-05-13T07:49:36","slug":"eauc-limps-aboard-a-bandwagon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.bath.ac.uk\/edswahs\/2019\/05\/13\/eauc-limps-aboard-a-bandwagon\/","title":{"rendered":"EAUC limps aboard a bandwagon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A breathless email last week from <a href=\"https:\/\/mailchi.mp\/eauc\/2018-eauc-annual-conference-sponsorship-and-exhibition-opportunities-1371013?e=baf4e6c237\">EAUC<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p>\"<em>We are calling for all post-16 education institutions and support bodies in the UK and Ireland to declare a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eauc.us2.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=98f0114cf6b7e6577e2520425&amp;id=9b109f5f28&amp;e=baf4e6c237\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Climate Emergency<\/a><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>and to commit to the Committee on Climate Change\u2019s recommendation to adopt as a minimum a 2050 net zero emissions target.
