Colleagues came together to recognise this year\u2019s nominees and winners from the Faculty of Engineering &amp; Design.<\/p>\n<p data-block-id=\"f4a373bf-0d4e-44bb-bc5a-de8698d41190\">While celebration was at the heart of the event, it also highlighted something important: the value of creating opportunities for colleagues to connect. Many of us share the same goal\u2014supporting student success\u2014but often work within our own departments, disciplines and teams. Each postcard captured a teaching idea, action or change they hoped to put in place in the coming months.<\/p>\n<p data-block-id=\"8ce10ae5-d00a-4baa-9054-20fe6686339a\">We will return the postcards to their authors later in the year.
