The survey aims to inform our planning so we can better support teaching staff.<\/p>\n<p>In discussion with the Associate Dean for Teaching &amp; Learning, Marianne Ellis, we've now had a chance to pull the data together into some headline issues which have helped us develop an action plan for this year (and on into next year).
