In particular our aFLAME disability network for staff and PGR.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aim of the network: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing a space for disabled staff and research students to discuss topics of interest<\/li>\n<li>Helping build connections between disabled staff and research students across the University<\/li>\n<li>Inviting speakers to talk on important issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They have regular meetings and were instrumental in the organisation of the University\u2019s first <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bath.ac.uk\/announcements\/disability-history-month-and-international-disabilities-awareness-day-idad\/\">disability history month<\/a> celebrations in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>To support our neurodiversity community in 2022 a flexible, non-judgemental space was created for those who identify as neurodivergent and anyone who wishes to learn more about neurodivergence.
