{"id":369,"date":"2016-07-19T15:47:58","date_gmt":"2016-07-19T14:47:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.bath.ac.uk\/it-status\/?p=369"},"modified":"2016-08-10T13:12:09","modified_gmt":"2016-08-10T12:12:09","slug":"business-objects-users-deski-and-boxi-will-retire-31-july-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.bath.ac.uk\/it-status\/2016\/07\/19\/business-objects-users-deski-and-boxi-will-retire-31-july-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Business Objects users: Deski and Boxi will retire, 31 July 2016."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Deski (Release 3 Business Objects or BOXI) will not be available after 31 July 2016. \u00a0From 1 August onwards you will need to run reports in Webi Release 4.\u00a0 It will not be possible to open old release 3 Deski\/BOXI reports after 31 July.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Actions you need to take before 31 July:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have reports that you are keeping for historic purposes you should save these as Excel or PDF documents in one of your network folders.<\/li>\n<li>Check your converted reports once conversion is completed.\u00a0 If you have saved reports for conversion but have not heard from us at all please email\u00a0 <a href=\"mailto:it-webi@bath.ac.uk\">it-webi@bath.ac.uk<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Please make sure that you can login into Webi and are comfortable with using the new environment before 31 July.
