All staff are invited to attend.<\/p>\n<p>This event will explore the role of new and existing technologies within three key themes and consider a number of questions. These are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research-enriched teaching<\/li>\n<li>External links and profile<\/li>\n<li>Quality and efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Invited panel members for this event will include Dr Emma Rich, Reader, Department for Health; Dr Julie Letchford, Senior Teaching Fellow, Department of Pharmacy &amp; Pharmacology; Dr John Troyer, Department for Policy &amp; Social Sciences; and Dr Kyriaki Anagnostopoulou, Head of e-Learning.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_229\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-229\" style=\"width: 226px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-229\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.bath.ac.uk\/litebox\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/88\/2015\/09\/peter-lambert-436.jpg\" alt=\"Professor Peter Lambert,  Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Learning &amp; Teaching)\" width=\"226\" height=\"296\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-229\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Professor Peter Lambert, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Learning &amp; Teaching)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A keen supporter of the Alumni-funded LITEbox initiative, Professor Peter Lambert said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am delighted to be chairing this event on behalf of the LITEbox team. I believe that developing the University\u2019s use and take-up of new and existing technologies to support the key areas of our teaching and learning is an important aspect of my new role.<\/p>\n<p>\"This event is an excellent opportunity to both stimulate discussion, share ideas and gain input from staff to help inform our new Education Strategy for 2016 and beyond.
