{"id":114,"date":"2015-12-01T13:09:01","date_gmt":"2015-12-01T13:09:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.bath.ac.uk\/new-builds\/?p=114"},"modified":"2015-12-01T13:09:01","modified_gmt":"2015-12-01T13:09:01","slug":"4-east-south-project-update-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.bath.ac.uk\/new-builds\/2015\/12\/01\/4-east-south-project-update-4\/","title":{"rendered":"4 East South: Project update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Despite the recent windy conditions and heavy rainfall progress has been good.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The building\u2019s West core has received a weather proof coating.<\/li>\n<li>All windows have been installed\u00a0on the West core.<\/li>\n<li>The West core is scheduled to be completely water tight by early December.<\/li>\n<li>Construction of the parapet walls on the East core has begun.<\/li>\n<li>In December the parapets will be covered with an asphalt layer.<\/li>\n<li>Internal mechanical and electrical works have begun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Health &amp; Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There have been no injuries or accidents on site.<\/p>\n<p>The site has achieved a 98% score in the recent health and safety compliance audit.
