West: Project Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The project has made good progress and remains on schedule,\u00a0despite the halt in construction over the Christmas period:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work on the fa\u00e7ade continues on all elevations despite delays due to the recent high winds and heavy rainfall.<\/li>\n<li>Screeding (levelled concrete\u00a0flooring)\u00a0has now been completed on all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Installation of pre-cast concrete\u00a0planks and precast stairs has been\u00a0finished in the North elevation.<\/li>\n<li>Structural topping (a layer of\u00a0concrete and wire mesh on top of floor\u00a0slabs) is now complete throughout the\u00a0building.<\/li>\n<li>Raised access\u00a0floors on Level 5 are in the final stage.<\/li>\n<li>Fitting\u00a0of balustrade glass\u00a0within the Atrium has made good\u00a0progress.<\/li>\n<li>Fitting of internal glass\u00a0partition screens has progressed to\u00a0Level 4.<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical, electrical and second fix\u00a0carpentry has made excellent progress\u00a0on all levels<\/li>\n<li>Work on the lift infrastructure is now 80% complete.<\/li>\n<li>Internal plastering is nearing completion with work remaining on Levels 0 and 1.<\/li>\n<li>Installation of White Rock (hygienic wall cladding) has begun in toilets and kitchens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery
