{"id":131,"date":"2016-02-01T12:48:16","date_gmt":"2016-02-01T12:48:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.bath.ac.uk\/new-builds\/?p=131"},"modified":"2016-02-01T16:08:24","modified_gmt":"2016-02-01T16:08:24","slug":"4-east-south-project-update-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.bath.ac.uk\/new-builds\/2016\/02\/01\/4-east-south-project-update-6\/","title":{"rendered":"4 East South: Project Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>January has seen the project move forward considerably:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Large areas of the building are now boarded and plastered.<\/li>\n<li>Raised access flooring has been laid up to level 5 in the West section.<\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0East exhibition space has been fully boarded, plastered and first coated.<\/li>\n<li>Underfloor heating systems have been\u00a0installed.<\/li>\n<li>External feature windows on the North elevation have been installed.<\/li>\n<li>Windows across the full South Elevation have been installed.<\/li>\n<li>Dry lining can now\u00a0continue without the fear of water damage.<\/li>\n<li>Installation of cladding panels has\u00a0started.<\/li>\n<li>The Energy Centre external path has been completed.
