Relationships are at the heart of high-quality collaborative participatory research. \u202fMany of you doing participatory research will likely be doing relational work (e.g. people-facing responsibilities that involve some bridging, collaboration, or engagement). \u202fTo bring more people into research, including those who have been traditionally overlooked, have been actively rejected or for whom research simply isn\u2019t a priority or of interest, will require the growing and nurturing of fair and reciprocal relationships.<\/p>\n
Join this lunchtime sharing practice session, where we will\u00a0explore\u00a0the concept of relationship-centred practice, consider where it happens within research and the skills and attributes needed.<\/p>\n
Who is this for?<\/strong><\/p>\n This is an informal and safe space for University of Bath researchers to share with peers and reflect on your practice.
