<span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW258872955 BCX8\">the data<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW258872955 BCX8\">, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW258872955 BCX8\">tailor<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW258872955 BCX8\">ing<\/span> <span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW258872955 BCX8\">our <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW258872955 BCX8\">efforts <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW258872955 BCX8\">to our communit<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW258872955 BCX8\">y\u2019s needs<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW258872955 BCX8\">. <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW258872955 BCX8\">For example:<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW258872955 BCX8\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">73% of staff want training on how to embed climate action in their job role and so this year we have introduced two new staff training courses: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bath.ac.uk\/campaigns\/introduction-to-climate-action-sustainability-at-bath\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Introduction to Climate Action &amp; Sustainability at Bath<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bath.ac.uk\/campaigns\/introduction-to-lab-sustainability-leaf\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Introduction to lab sustainability and LEAF<\/span><\/a><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"TextRun SCXW95749543 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span SCXW95749543 BCX8\"> just launched <\/span><\/span><a class=\"Hyperlink SCXW95749543 BCX8\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bath.ac.uk\/campaigns\/green-impact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"TextRun Underlined SCXW95749543 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun CommentStart SCXW95749543 BCX8\"
