From posting roles, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and managing offers, to supporting work experience placements, we\u2019re here to keep everything moving.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"625\" data-end=\"863\">We also provide pro-active support for senior, niche, or strategically important roles, using data, insight, and targeted talent strategies to help departments find the right people now, and plan for the teams they\u2019ll need in the future.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"1034\">We're also currently working on early careers and outreach initiatives, connecting with emerging talent and helping the University attract the next generation of professionals.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1211\">Our aim is to make recruitment more transparent, more human, and more effective, for candidates, recruiting managers, and the wider University community.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019re a small team working across the University to make recruitment as smooth and fair as possible.
